St. Augustine, Florida

On July 12, 2003 we made plans to visit St. Augusting, Florida. However, we were never to make that trip. St. Augustine is just a whisper in the back of my mind at the moment, but perhaps when the evening shrouds itself in black velvet in some distant future... we'll be there embarking on our first haunted tour. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that a little city in Florida called St. Augustine would actually have its own haunted history. We were living in Jacksonville at the time, so you can imagine how surprised was just hearing about this little town. But honestly, there should be no surprise at all.

While that haunted trip never transpired, I did find a bit of interesting information about St. Augustine. For starters, it is the oldest city in America, so of course it has its share of history, right? Let's just suffice to say that with any luck I'll have photos and stories in the future.

For now, I ask for your patience as I hope to obtain permission to use a few photographs from the Haunted St. Augustine web site. Please check back... just in case. You never know what I may dig up to show you.
