Science tells us the body is pure energy. Science also tells us that energty can neither be created, nor destroyed. So the question is: What happens to this energy when we die? Do we move on, or do we simply exist in a parallel realm to life as we know it? Well, if science is right, then we could be surrounded by those energies of lives past, and so this is the the birth place of the idea of hauntings.
